Gloria is a passion project between two friends and partners who strive to serve excellent food and beverage. Gloria has an atmosphere that is warm and elegant for this up and coming pescatarian restaurant located in Hells Kitchen, NY. The partners – executive chef Diego Garcias, sommelier Phil Johnson, and general manager Leland Meibeyer – have culled from their collective experiences and histories to create this New York City restaurant.
