Market Ipanema is a Brazilian fast-casual restaurant aimed at providing healthy experience for on-the-go commuters. As a chain originally from Brazil, Manhattan is the first location to open in the United States to promote their vision of providing fresh ingredients which are locally sourced products prepared on-site and pre-packaged for fast service. Method Design worked to reflect the idea of a neighborhood café by placing customers in right front of the products that are made within their own community. The counter becomes a procession that brings each customer through the process from prep behind the counter to the finished product for purchase.
