Minas Shoe Repair
Located in an alleyway in downtown Manhattan off of Wall Street, Minas shoe repair store was hard to be located by his new customers. Giving that Wall Street is one of the busiest streets in the neighborhood, the design evolved around that vantage point to allow walkers to spot the store as they pass by the intersection of Hanover St. and Wall St. As a traditional handcrafted process of cobblers, cutting, folding, and stitching became the process of designing the sign itself.
